Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team at Tuscola County Medical Care Community in Caro, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized care to residents in both short-term rehab and long-term care — all in a warm, community-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT
• Assist residents in regaining function, independence, and daily living skills
• Document treatment progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
What You Bring:
• Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A passion for helping others live more independently
