If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Valid license, registration, certification, or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
  • Ability to educate patients and families in home safety and medical equipment safety
  • Ability to document all care and submit daily paperwork adhering to Occupational Therapy standards and policies

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all locations
