Job summary

The Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Rehabilitation/Therapy team. You will work under the guidance of an OT to support residents in therapy activities and daily living tasks.

Responsibilities include selecting activities, monitoring progress, teaching use of adaptive equipment, and assisting with rehabilitation plans. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus; licensure must be current; graduation from an

• Graduate of accredited OTA program.
• Current OTA License.
• Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.

• Supervise Residents' activities to ensure proper execution.
• Report Residents' progress to the OT.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks for the therapy team.
