Apploi’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Ormond Beach, FL seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You will provide therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping implement treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation.

Key duties include OT services, patient evaluations, executing individualized goals, conducting group and individual sessions, communicating progress, and documenting care in medical records.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Occupational Therapy services under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) –

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.
