Job summary

Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC, is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents through compassionate, team-based care. You will assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans and deliver therapy to inpatient and outpatient clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of function and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Encourage residents throughout their rehab and recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with an amazing interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident successes and milestones every day.
