Allaire Health Services, LLC’s St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist to support residents with daily living activities and therapeutic programs. About the Role:

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients’ functional abilities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Implementing occupational therapy programs and interventions to address cognitive, motor, and sensory impairments

• Providing education and training to patients and their families on adaptive coping strategies and techniques

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
