Job summary

Rutland Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Rutland, VT is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled therapy team in a SNF/LTC setting. The PRN COTA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support resident independence and quality of life.

Experience in SNF/LTC preferred; Vermont license required; compassionate, team-oriented professionals encouraged to apply.
