Premier at Perry Village is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following established care plans and protocols.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' unique needs and therapy goals.
• Conduct periodic screenings to evaluate residents' progress and determine the need for continued intervention.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality care and positive outcomes for residents.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
