Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. The role focuses on helping residents achieve independence and improve quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida State COTA license and has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in long-term care. Day shift, full-time position with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State COTA License (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred in long-term care settings).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in evaluating residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
