Job summary

Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help residents achieve their goals through individualized plans, therapeutic exercises, and adaptive equipment.

You will document progress, collaborate with staff, and support resident well-being in a caring, team-based environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation: $33–$40/HR

Schedule

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
