Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR, is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills, and guide progress toward goals in a supportive team environment. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts with flexible scheduling.

Pay: $33/HR – $47/HR, Depending on Experience
Schedule
  • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available
  • Flexibility in scheduling — ask us what options are available
What You’ll Do
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills
  • Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
  • Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation
  • Document patient progress accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (COTA)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
