• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to tailor treatment plans.
• Implement and modify OT interventions, including exercises and activities.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans per policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy treatment programs

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans

• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and equipment, to meet patients' unique needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Document patients' progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff
