• Coordinating schedules with front desk for therapist utilization in face-to-face sessions.
• Treating existing patients following prescribed treatment plans.
• Conducting quality assurance checks with supervisor to ensure client satisfaction.
• Encouraging patients to refer friends and family when appropriate.
• Maintaining up-to-date chart notes and data per company procedures.
• Participating in staff and team meetings.
• Keeping records of all functions to reflect production.
• Handling referral source visits/calls.

Your Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Coordinating schedules with the front desk for maximum utilization of the therapist’s time in face-to-face interaction with your clients.
• Treating existing patients following the treatment plan prescribed.
• Conducting Quality Assurance Checks on patients with your supervisor to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Asking patients who are doing well to refer their friends and family in any given opportunity.
• Keeping chart notes and administration up-to-date with all relevant data included (per company guidelines/procedures and policies).
• Participating in staff meetings and team meetings.
• Keeping records of all the above functions in a way that there is a record of all production.
• Referral Source Visits/phone calls.
