Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hanover, PA. This full-time role supports skilled nursing residents with goal-oriented therapy and independent living improvements.

The COTA will document progress, participate in screenings, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in OTA.
• Active Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
