Candor Consulting is seeking an adaptable, professional, and customer-centric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team!

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants, with an associate degree as an OTA.

Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure granted by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities:

Assist Occupational Therapists in the assessment and treatment of students with identified needs

Implement programs or activities as planned and directed by the Occupational Therapists.

Monitor the use of adaptive equipment and devices.

Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress

Participate in ARDs, parent conferences, or other relevant meetings in support of the special education program.
