Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join their skilled nursing rehab team in Caribou, Maine. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services, working collaboratively in a supportive environment.

This position requires a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to practice. You'll demonstrate strong computer skills while ensuring timely documentation to support patient care.

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr - $35/hr. Join us to help residents reach their highest level of independence.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
