Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Phoenix, AZ to support K–8 students with fine-motor, sensory, and self-care skills.

Under supervision of an OT, you will implement therapy activities, document outcomes, and communicate progress to school staff. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to promote student participation and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
• Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
