Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Kingman, Arizona. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, conduct screenings, and monitor patient progress. You must possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant licensure, and 3-5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and assistant licensure.
• Certifications and/or licensures with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the OT.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Skills

Ability to handle workload and travel to client's houses

Ability to build rapport with patients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

Basic computer skills, including word processing

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree and assistant licensure

3-5 years of related experience
