Job summary

Northbrooke Post-Acute in Jackson, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will support Occupational Therapists in patient evaluations, treatment plans, and hands-on therapy, helping residents regain independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree or OTA certificate, a current COTA license, and strong communication. Prior skilled nursing or LTC experience is preferred, with the ability to handle physical tasks.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

In this role, you will help Occupational Therapists provide therapy treatments, advocate for patient recovery, and contribute to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in evaluating and assessing patients' needs and capabilities.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

What We Are Looking For
