Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Ohio OTA license, or WV license/privileges if applicable.
• BLS certification.

In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for performing occupational therapy treatments for patients.
