Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a compassionate COTA in the Tempe, AZ area to support occupational therapy services across client homes. You will help implement OT plans, conduct screenings, and document progress while maintaining professional standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with an assistant licensure, a willingness to travel, and the ability to coordinate scheduling and billing. ETS emphasizes collaboration, growth, and best outcomes for families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the OT.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.

COTA Job Description
