Job summary

Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support individuals in achieving independence and safety in home and community settings. Under the supervision of an OT, you will implement plans, conduct assessments, and help clients develop daily living skills.

This full-time role offers a $31.00/hour pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, student loan

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Pay: $31.00/hourSign-on Bonus: $5,000 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months)Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pmSeven Hills Foundation in Rhode Island is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support individuals in achieving greater independence, safety, and quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to deliver meaningful, person-centered occupational therapy services in home and community-based settings.Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA assists in implementing occupational therapy services, conducting assessments, and supporting individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions.
