The role you’ll contribute:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant performs occupational therapy interventions according to accepted standards of practice of AOTA to facilitate functional progress and discharge planning for the medically complex patient population. Reports to the Manager.

• Actively participates in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual and departmental growth.
• Consistently maintains departmental expected productivity.
