Brookmont Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team, providing OT services under supervision to patients in diverse healthcare settings. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care and collaborative treatment planning to optimize outcomes.

You will implement plans, guide therapeutic activities, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. This position is in-person, with opportunities for advancement within the geriatrics-focused program.

Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Certification as a COTA (state licensure or eligibility).
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient, geriatrics, pediatrics, and occupational health preferred.
• Familiarity with medical imaging and patient care practices.
