Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered OT services for adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting. You will work under an OT to improve independence, mobility, safety and overall quality of life.

The role emphasizes individualized treatment, interprofessional collaboration and ongoing documentation, with focus on functional outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible to practice as COTA in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility.
• Assist patients with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, grooming and meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life
• Implement patient‑centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
