Therapy Discoveries and Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services in Dunn, NC is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team. This in-office role offers collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and PTs, a stable caseload, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active North Carolina COTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Passion for working with pediatric clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist children in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.

Therapy Discoveries and Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our established pediatric therapy team in Dunn.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and recently expanded into a larger, updated clinic at 101 Hunt Drive, Dunn, NC 28334. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required. If you are looking for a stable practice with strong referrals, full caseload potential, and a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.
