Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OTA license in the assigned state.
• Ability to follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow treatment plans defined by the supervising OT and perform only qualified procedures.
• Make recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising OT.
