Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Float 2500 Bonus

Join Pro Rehab, an established therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time, Float Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to travel to our sites in the West region of Minnesota. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70/mile), and up to a $2,500 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

Hours & days are flexible!

Salary Range: $52,000 to $72,000 per year depending on experience.

Full-Time employees are eligible for a $2,500 bonus, and Part-Time employees for a $1,000 bonus. Bonus payout details will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs).
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program with an Associate’s degree.
• Current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations related to long-term care.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Ability to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings.
