POSITION SUMMARY: Full Time COTA to treat geriatric patients at our facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
POSITION DUTIES:
Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care.
Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.
Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility.
Provide quality documentation as required
