Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individualized treatment programs.
• Administer occupational therapy treatment as directed by the OT and physician orders.
• Support Day shift activities for patients and help implement plan of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve patient goals.
