Position Details

We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants interested in providing patient-centered care in Savannah, GA, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities, using creative, activity-based, evidence-based approaches to achieve durable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating clients' functionality and therapy needs.
• Implement therapy programs designed by Occupational Therapists to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Provide treatment techniques including activities of daily living, perceptual-motor activities, adaptive equipment guidance, exercises, pre-vocational evaluation, and assistive technology, while accurately recording data.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and active COTA license in applicable state(s); minimum of two years' relevant experience, preferably in rehab or long-term care.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving behavior.
• Strong skills in documentation, planning, organization, time management, and effective communication with families and professionals.
