FYZICAL in Aurora, CO is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time outpatient role. You will deliver skilled OT therapy under the supervision of a Colorado-licensed OT, supporting orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and functional rehab with a focus on patient independence and safety.

Part‑Time Benefits — Proposed; Subject to Eligibility

• Two weeks of paid time off per year, prorated to the regular schedule (approximately 32–40 hours); administration must comply with Colorado paid sick leave requirements.
• Paid company‑observed holidays when falling on a regularly scheduled workday; the other regularly scheduled day that week is reduced to eight hours under clinic policy.
• One paid birthday personal day, based on the regularly scheduled workday.
• Up to $200 per month for eligible health insurance premium reimbursement, subject to the adopted HRA arrangement and plan documents.
• Up to $500 annually for preapproved continuing education and specialty development.
• Clinical mentorship, optional pelvic health development, quarterly check‑ins, and annual performance/compensation review.
