Responsibilities

• Provide COTA OT treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
