Mayfair Care Center in Hempstead, NY is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. The OTA will support OTs in designing and implementing personalized therapy plans to promote independence and improved quality of life for patients.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with assessments, set goals, modify activities, and help with discharge planning while maintaining clear documentation and communication with patients and families.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies.
• 1 year of experience as an OTA.
• Current OTA certification or Licensure (if applicable).

About the Role:
