Signature HealthCARE is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Portland Rehab & Wellness Center team in Portland, TN. You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents recover and return to activities they enjoy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
