Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join Signature Rehab teams serving residents across our Fentress County facilities. You will work closely with clinicians to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

Join a dedicated team in Signature Rehab, delivering therapy services within our integrated care model and patient-centered culture. We value compassionate care and professional excellence in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure residents make a full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide occupational therapy assistance to residents and outpatient clients.
• Participate in Signature Rehab’s integrated care model and care planning with other clinicians.
