Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation and wellness team. You will work within a family-based organization providing top rehab care to residents and patients, ensuring they recover fully and return to meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to activities they enjoy.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement treatment plans and documentation of progress.
• Contribute to a resident-centered care environment within Signature HealthCARE facilities.
