Job summary

Signature HealthCARE’s Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center in Kentucky is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. The 112-bed facility offers short-term and long-term care, with a focus on restoring residents to their activities and independence.

The COTA will collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, providing care under state licensure and within Signature HealthCARE’s integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work with rehabilitative team to help residents recover and resume daily activities.
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services in accordance with license and facility protocols.

What you Need to make a Difference
