Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. This 150-bed facility provides rehab and dementia care in a supportive environment, with a focus on helping residents achieve full recovery and meaningful daily activities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, hold an Associate’s degree and a valid OTA license, and participate in education and empowerment initiatives that Signature HealthCARE emphasizes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents make a full recovery.
• Assist residents in returning to activities they enjoy as part of rehabilitation.
