Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. You will work within an integrated care model, collaborating with other clinicians to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

Graduates from an accredited COTA program (Associate’s degree) with a valid state license are encouraged to apply. We offer comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work culture designed to serve patients across our nursing homes and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
