Job summary

Signature HealthCARE at Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team. You will work under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents and patients recover and return to daily activities.

The role requires an Associate’s degree as a COTA and an active COTA license in the state. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a values-driven, person-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Associate’s degree minimum).
• Must hold a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to guide residents’ recovery and return to activities.
• Support residents in regaining independence and daily functioning in a rehabilitative care setting.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
