Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Langdon Place of Dover rehabilitation team in Dover, NH. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents to help them develop skills for greater independence in daily activities.

The role includes delivering OT treatments under supervision, promoting ADLs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment.
• New graduate COTAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Observe resident progress and communicate relevant updates to the therapy team.
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents as they develop the skills needed for greater independence with everyday activities.
