Position Purpose

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate residents' conditions and develop OT rehabilitation plans.
  2. Assist residents in improving mobility and performing tasks.
  3. Monitor resident progress and inform them about recovery stages.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe, clean environment following infection control policies.
  5. Comply with legal and professional standards.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in resident care.
Requirements
  1. Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in good standing.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA; geriatric experience preferred.
  3. Ability to pass a background check.
