Job summary

The Orchards at Wayne in Warren, Michigan, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support our occupational therapy team in a Long-Term Care/Sub-Acute setting. You will help develop and implement individualized treatment plans and promote patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include documenting progress in Net Health and PCC, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and providing patient education to enhance safety and function.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Michigan.
• Experience in Long-Term Care/Sub-Acute settings preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience working in a Long-Term Care/ Sub-Acute setting is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
