The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Red Boiling Springs, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT, helping residents regain independence in daily living.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, follow treatment plans, supervise rehab technicians as needed, and ensure compliant documentation per state and federal guidelines.

Provide occupational therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within organizational guidelines. Provide quality patient care, including ongoing treatment per a plan of care, supervision of rehabilitation technicians where required, and case management responsibilities. Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy practice.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
