Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support Winnebago County and surrounding areas. You will provide OT services per care plans, visit patients regularly, and document progress while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires a valid COTA certification, a year of clinical experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A driver’s license or reliable transportation is expected.

Competenze

• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy curriculum established by the Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current, unrestricted COTA certification in the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience as a COTA in a clinical care setting.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and assist up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
