$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Individual Assessments: Perform comprehensive nutrition and health assessment to interpret client’s needs.
2. Develop Personalized Programs: Create tailored nutrition and lifestyle programs using TNT Wellness’ proprietary software.
3. Client Support & Motivation: Ensure client satisfaction and motivation to achieve their wellness goals.
4. Coaching Techniques: Utilize techniques such as Motivational Interviewing.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each client session.
6. Educational Outreach: Teach a curriculum of nutrition topics to clients.
7. Corporate Wellness: Conduct on-site corporate wellness assessments.
8. Client Management: Develop and maintain a robust client base.
9. Professional Development: Pursue professional development opportunities.
10. Professionalism: Exhibit a positive attitude and professional behavior.

Minimum Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Licensed Nutritionist in North Carolina (LN)
• 1+ years of experience working in the functional nutrition field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques
• Proficiency in interpretation and application of general blood testing and functional testing.

Licenses and Credentials:

• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist or Licensed Nutritionist in North Carolina
• BCBS credentialing (TNT Wellness may facilitate the credentialing process)

Pay Structure:

• Guaranteed hurdle base pay with compensation for Non-Billable hours.
• Hourly production compensation based on one-on-one client coaching.
• Performance unit bonus for exceeding unit number goal.
• Out of Pocket commission compensation for the sale of services.
• Performance OOP Bonus for exceeding OOP goal.
• Speaking engagements: Flat rate for leading corporate wellness workshops.
• Corporate Account Manager compensation for managing corporate accounts.
• Lead Originator compensation for acquiring leads/clients.

Job Type:

Full-time and Part-time available

Pay:

Starting at $50/hr for Coaching + Commission + Bonuses.
