CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS// $15.00/$18.00 per hour (Houston)

Our organization seeks highly qualified CNAs to join our extraordinary team. We provide non-skilled care to our clients in their homes, communities, and facilities 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Applicants available for Full-Time assignments, at least 30 hours per week, and who can work weekends will be given priority for interviews. Covid-19 Disclosure: We have implemented new policies to safeguard our clients and employees against exposure to Covid-19. Details are provided to new employees during the onboarding process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS):

  1. CNA with CURRENT certification in good standing.
  2. At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
  3. Pass a full background screening including criminal, drug, DMV, and Covid-19.
  4. Complete extended application form after initial application (sent via email).

FOR QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS, OUR BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  1. $15.00/hour starting pay increased to $18.00/hour after probationary period.
  2. Bonus paid after passing probationary period then yearly at anniversary review.
  3. Overtime opportunities.
  4. Company-sponsored health insurance.
  5. Paid time off.
  6. 401(k) with company matching.
