PRN Positions Available on Day and Night Shifts

Pay Rate: $14.50-$15.50/hr

Purpose/Belief Statement

The Certified Nursing Assistant exists to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents, ensuring the highest quality resident care at all times. The role involves working effectively with team members to accomplish work and deliver quality care, supporting and celebrating team successes, managing available resources, and focusing on quality resident care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
  • Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities.
  • Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs respectfully and with dignity.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Active/Current License in West Virginia.
