Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Warren MN

Join Express Employment International as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Warren, MN.

Wage: $18.50 – $23.50 per hour, based on experience.

Shifts Available: Full-time and Part-time, Day or Evening shifts. Every other weekend and holiday.

Job Summary

The CNA performs nursing procedures and resident care tasks, focusing on resident comfort, safety, and promoting independence based on resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a care team, assist in orientation, and communicate appropriately with staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, report observations, and support their independence.
• Maintain a neat appearance, perform duties competently and compassionately, and report to nurses.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment, perform infection control, and maintain resident dignity.
• Monitor vital signs, assist with I&Os, and provide post-mortem care.
• Support resident rights and assist with activities, meals, and transportation.
• Assist Activity Director with resident activities and perform delegated duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old to operate lifts.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and CPR required.
